Engineering-Grade
3D Printing

Designed and run by engineers — not hobbyists. We deliver functional prototypes, precision components, and production-ready parts for individuals and B2B clients worldwide who need components  that perform, not just look good.

Types of 3D PRinting

3D Printing Processes

FDM

Fused Depostion Manufacturing, most common 3D print solution.

MSLA

Masked Stereolithography Apparatus. Ultra high-resolution printing suitable for detailed models and precision parts.

Options

Materials in 3D Printing

Materials selected depending on project requirements.
Ask us about materials and feel free to request others not seen on here.

Standard Thermoplastics

PLA

Prototyping & Visual Models. Most common and inexpensive. Filament available in many types.

PETG

Great balance of cost and performance, similar to water bottle plastic material. Filament available in many types including food-safe.

FLEX

Flexible filaments (TPU/TPE) available in many shore hardness levels.

ABS

Good mechanical properties, for functional parts. Available with GF Reinforcement.

Other filaments available upon request.

Engineering Materials

Nylon (PA)

High strength, flex, durability and wear resistance. Available in many types.

ASA

Similar-ABS mechanical properties with aded UV Resistant & Outdoor Use. Available with CF Reinforcement.

Glass Fiber Reinforced filaments

Increases rigidity and dimensional stability in prints. Available in many types of filaments.

Polycarbonate (PC)

High strength, rigidity & temperature resistance.

PPA

High-temperature engineering polymer with great properties.
Among our favorites. Available with CF Reinforcement.

PPS

High-temperature and chemical resistance. Very common in the chemical industry. Available with CF Reinforcement.

PP

Excellent chemical resistance and low weight. Ideal for functional and flexible parts. Available with CF reinforcement.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced

CF reinforced filaments, available in many types of filaments

Other engineering filaments available upon request.

SLA Photopolymer Resins

Standard Resin

Fine Detail & Smooth Finish

Wear Resistant Resin

For functional parts under repeated contact and friction.

Flexible Resin

Rigidity-flex similar to PVC plastic.

High-Temp Resin

Maintains properties at elevated temperatures.

Transparent Resin

Transparent-Translucid Resin

Castable Wax Resin

Perfect for jewelry and precision casting.

ABS-like Resin

Similar-ABS properties with SLA precision. For tough, functional prototypes.

TPU-like Resin

Rubber-like flexibility with precision. For seals, gaskets, and flexible parts.

Other SLA materials available upon request.
